I once got in an argument with a Swiss train conductor who apparently couldn't communicate with language. I tried German, and he just shouted "bler bler blech!", and I got the same when I resorted to English (I was in German-speaking Switzerland)

I slept out at a festival once and every 15 minutes a train would go past. Pretty sure it was Union Pacific. I was trying to sleep, so I didn't look.

You ever been to that museum? The locomotives sit out in the open for anybody to poke at. I'm certain hundreds- at least- had probably touched the spot I had kissed before I got there. It wasn't that clean.
